She is a highly accomplished professional with over 19 years of experience in healthcare management, organizational systems, training, consultancy, and academic education.

She has worked on both national and international levels in Lebanon, Qatar, Kenya, and Washington D.C. Jessica is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations, offering expertise in strategic planning, operational systems, human resources, and finance management.

Successfully transformed the system of several organizations which led to an advanced track record and outstanding performance.
Achieved a score of 99/100 for 3 consecutive years on the external audit conducted by International Donor aka UNICEF.
Directed 7 programs with an overall budget of several million dollars ( Minimum 2 Million dollars) under the pillar of entrepreneurship, employment and economic development programs.
Created strong management systems in HR, Finance, General Operations and Procurement at the NGO as a Programs Manager (PM) and got promoted to a Deputy Director after 3 months of holding the Program Manager position.
Active member on the Board of Advisors (BOA) of the NGO “The Nawaya Network” and held the Portfolio of Budgets above 2,000,000 USD yearly.
Business Speaker and Panelist: Regularly featured as a business speaker at high-profile events, serving as a panelist, jury member, and master of ceremony to moderate and contribute to discussions on business advisory services, leadership, and organizational excellence.

Drafted a technical consultancy report for a NGO “SOS Chrétiens d’Orient” on the establishment and mobilization of a Mobile Health Clinic across Lebanon – an emphasis on Rural Communities to provide medical assistance – COVID19 outbreak rapid testing and Internal medicine Free Consultation with Laboratory testing.
Actively participated in the development and expansion of healthcare services, business operations and management for various healthcare facilities in Lebanon and in Qatar/Doha.
Managed a multi-disciplinary team of 50 administrative officers and nurses and up to and up to 100 physicians while holding an executive position; the medical center reached its break-even after 1 year of launching the business operations.
Developed and optimized the hospital healthcare strategic plan for a 65 beds hospital and ensured its effective implementation by being an active member in the Hospital Executive Committee; the hospital has been successfully accredited by the Ministry of Public Health in Lebanon.
 
Developed multiple capacity building training sessions, specifically tailored for hospitals, schools and private companies.

Developed the Healthcare Management curriculum and prepared the material for a total of 7 courses at Notre Dame University- Faculty of Business.
Led the Healthcare Advisory Services at Ernst & Young in Doha, Qatar, overseeing the development and execution of multiple projects in collaboration with Hamad Medical Corporation and the Ministry of Health.
